1. Service Usage

HorizonLink provides wireless broadband and satellite internet services. These services are intended for standard residential or commercial use as specified in your service plan. Reselling bandwidth or hosting large-scale public servers is prohibited without a specific Enterprise Service Agreement.

2. Unlimited Data Policy

While we offer unlimited data, we maintain a Fair Usage Policy to ensure network stability for all customers. If a single user accounts for an excessive percentage of local tower capacity that negatively impacts other customers, we may temporarily prioritize other traffic.

3. Equipment

Leased equipment remains the property of HorizonLink. Upon termination of service, all leased equipment must be returned in good working condition within 14 business days.
